Find answers about Single Private registration, admission, challan generation, challan submission, and tracking.

The Single Private module is for students applying privately through the public website. It supports two cases: brand-new private candidates registering for the first time, and existing students who were registered by a school but later converted to private and are completing admission through the website.

You can apply through the public website if you are a brand-new private candidate, or you are an existing student who has been marked as “Converted to Private” by your school and you have a valid Board Registration Number. If your record does not belong to the Single Private module, you must use the School Portal.

If you already have a Board Registration Number, choose the option for existing students and enter your Board Registration Number. If your record is eligible for the Single Private module, your details will be shown and you can continue with the admission form.

“Converted to Private” means your school has flagged your record as a private candidate. After conversion, the school cannot continue the admission/exam submission for you, and you must complete the remaining steps through the public website using your Board Registration Number.

The Single Private module uses fixed system schools that are available only for this public workflow. These are board-defined system schools and are not regular schools. You can select only from the available system schools shown in the dropdown.

Fees are calculated based on your class and the board’s current fee schedule. Admission/exam fees can change by date (normal, late, double, or triple) according to board deadlines. Brand-new single-private candidates may also include a registration fee. Converted private candidates are not charged registration fee on the website.

The fee tier is based on the current date compared to board deadlines. If you apply after the normal deadline, the system automatically applies the late, double, or triple fee tier as per the board’s schedule.

After submitting your form, the system generates a challan. Print the challan and pay it through the bank using the details on the challan. Keep the stamped/paid slip safe because you must upload it for verification.

Use the “Submit Challan” option on the public website. Enter your Challan Number or Board Registration Number to find your record, then upload a clear image of the paid challan slip.

Uploading a receipt submits it for review. The challan is marked paid only after the board verifies the receipt. Make sure your uploaded image is clear and shows the stamped/paid details.

No. Once a challan is marked paid (or finalized), it cannot be re-submitted through the website. If you believe there is an issue, contact the board office with your challan number.

Use the Track page on the public website. You can search using your Challan Number or Board Registration Number. The system will show your challan status and application progress for Single Private records.

The public website only supports Single Private module records. If your record belongs to a regular school workflow, you must contact your school and use the School Portal process.

Confirm the Board Registration Number is entered exactly as provided (including any leading zeros). If you are an existing student, your record must be marked as “Converted to Private” by your school to proceed on the website. If it is not converted, contact your school.

You can print your admit card after your challan is verified and marked paid (and any other required checks are completed). Use the Track page to confirm your current status.
